8. No loose items in vehicle

9. Noise level below 105 decibels only at Straddline Orv park. Ethel has no noise issue

10. Battery tied down

11. Steering links good shape

12. Hoses and belts are in good shape Fuel lines are good and not leaking. No Oil or fuel fire hazards

13. Vehicles with high horse power have Scatter shields or Transmission blankets and driveline hoops.

14. Check lug nuts and make sure they are all there and tight

15. Look for safety issues

16. Has a helmet and helmet has chin strap

17. Make sure passenger seat, belts and helmet clear as well
