Event Rules and Information

Event Information Ethel Only
1) Spectator Admission: $10 per day, kids under 12 free.
2) Registration fee includes driver’s admission fee.
3) There is a $5 Tech Fee per event; payable at event.
4) Registration is open Saturday at 7:30am to 9:45am for the Tuff Truck event and Sunday, 7:00 - 9am AM for the Mud Bog , 
5) Registration closes Sunday at 9:00 AM for the Mud Bogs and 9:45 am Saturday for the Tuff trucks
6) Spectator gate opens at 8 AM for both the Mud Bogs and the Tuff trucks
7) Mandatory drivers meeting at 9:15 AM in the Pit for the Mud Bogs and 10am for the Tuff Trucks
8) Boggin’ begins at 9:30 AM on Sunday. Tuff truck begins at 10:30am on Saturday
9) Award Presentation: 30 minutes after last run.
10) Trophies Awarded to Top 3 finishers per class.
11) Winners will be determined by time and distance.
12) Must be present at award ceremony to receive prizes and trophies. If you win and are not present you forfeit your prize.

Participant Rules Ethel only 
1) All drivers must wear a seatbelt and helmet.
2) Vehicles must have a tow or lift point. Securely attached 5/16" chain or ½ " cable can be used in place of tow hooks.
3) Tow points strictly enforced. If tow point breaks while in pit area, you are responsible for hooking it back up.
4) Vehicles must have a fire extinguisher.
5) No loose items. Batteries and fire extinguishers must be securely attached.
6) Vehicles with soft tops must have safety cage.
8) The possibility of vehicle damage and broken parts exists. Enter at own risk.
9) Passenger allowed, but must wear helmet and seat belt..
10)  New rule, all Vehicles Running in Tuff truck that are non street legal must have 5 point Seat belts this is for tuff trucks only Mud bogs are only required to have Stock seat belts
 
 General Information & Rules 
1) Camping is available by reservation only!!!. $20 per night per family of 4. NO FIRES. No facilities; grass only. 24-hour security. Gate closes at 11 PM.
2) No ATVs or motorcycles.
3) Children must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
4) Please put garbage in trash receptacles.
5) Pets must be on leash at all times.  This is Mandatory
6) Portable toilets onsite.
7) NO WEAPONS ALLOWED.
8) Fees are non-refundable.
9) All workers are volunteers, please be respectful of the job they are trying to do.
10) HAVE FUN!

Camping
Camping is available by RESERVATION ONLY!!!
We have been having issues with some people becoming out of control, fighting and we will not tolerate it any longer. It has become more of a problem every year.  Camping is intended for the participants and their families, not just as a place to come and party all night!
Camping is only for those who are participating or attending the event.
 If you want to camp in Ethel, you must pre-register by calling 253 537 3755 
      
Camping Rules
No fires!!!  
Quiet time - 10 pm and will be strictly enforced!
Anyone not abiding by this rule will be asked to leave and lose their camping privileges forever!
NO reving of engines after dusk!
NO brodie's in field or hot roding around the property!
NO quads or motor cycles!
NO UNDER AGE DRINKING!!
Gate will be closed at 10 pm
If you are fighting or breaking the law in anyway the sheriff's department will be called!
We want to provide a fun enjoyable place for our participants to enjoy.   
This is not a place to come party
We encourage responsible camping at our events.
